Delivery records are retained for a minimum of 3 years. Medical delivery records may be retained longer as required by applicable healthcare regulations.

Consent Statement (Required for TCR Registration)
By providing your phone number and submitting our contact or service request form, you consent to receive transactional and informational SMS messages from FlexPathPros. You agree to receive these types of messages from us. Message frequency varies based on your delivery activity.

4. How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from FlexPathPros by:
•       Submitting your phone number on our website contact or service request form and checking the SMS consent box
•       Providing your phone number to a FlexPathPros team member during account setup and verbally or in writing consenting to receive texts
•       Texting START to our designated business number
5. How to Opt Out

•       Replying STOP to any text message from FlexPathPros
